  • From Santiago de Chile:

Have to take a plane. Is an approximately 3 hours flight, depending on, if you are flying to Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales.

You can fly with LATAM, SKY AIRLINES or JETSMART.

  • From Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales:

You have to drive by Route 9 in the direction to the North.

It is 253 kms. on a paved route, in great conditions, but have to be careful with the weather conditions that always are complicated in Patagonia. You could experiment with strong winds or icy areas; so drive carefully.

At km. 100 you will pass Villa Tehuelches.

Then at km. 150 Morro Chico; and 60kms remaining to Puerto Natales you will cross Rio Rubens.

  • From Puerto Natales to Villa Serrano:

Have to take Route 9 North in the direction to Torres del Paine.

Once you have reached approximately 25 kms. is going to appear a detour to Cueva del Milodon (route Y-290), where you have to turn left.

This route is a mix of pavement and gravel road, but it is in good condition.

After approximately 58 kms. you will reach another detour that takes you to Serrano Village.

Now you have to turn left again and drive less than 5 minutes to reach the Villa Serrano Lookout.

From here you can see an Entrance porch down in the village, and just before it, there is a road to the left that ends on several houses; this is the Familia Astorga Houses; where our rides begin.
